Returns Policy
At PC Salvage LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product. The item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and the serial number must match the original one we recorded at the time of sale. Every device we sell is connected to our system, which logs the unique serial number of the drive.
Condition of Return
The item must be in the same condition as received. If the item shows signs of misuse, damage, or alteration that wasn’t part of the original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the item is damaged during shipping, any claims for compensation should be directed to the courier as the courier’s insurance will cover reparations.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure the serial number matches and check the condition of the item. If the item is in acceptable condition, a full refund will be given. If the device has been damaged, a partial or no refund may be issued. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.
Missing Components
If the returned item is missing any components, such as cables or manuals, the refund may be reduced accordingly to cover the cost of the missing items.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim with the shipping provider. PC Salvage LTD is not responsible for shipping damages, as the courier's insurance will cover the cost of damages in transit.
