Returns Policy

At PC Salvage LTD, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, we aim to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the returns process and arrange for a replacement or refund after the item is returned and inspected.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product that is not faulty, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for change-of-mind returns will exclude delivery costs.

How to Return: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide you with a returns authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
